Instruments Measuring Nursing Staff Competence in Community Health Care: A Systematic Literature Review

This article proposes the need for a tool to measure nursing home staff competence. The study reviews 11 existing tools, but finds that only four sufficiently measure competence among staff. Information from this report can be used to develop a more effective measurement tool.
