Care Team Integration and Training of Home Care Workers – Impact Study

This report evaluates an advanced role pilot for independent providers in California. Workers received additional training and were integrated into care teams. The intervention led to better health outcomes for consumers, lower costs for managed care plans, and higher job satisfaction among workers.
