LTC Facilities Invited to Take Part in Person-Centered Care Survey
Nursing homes and assisted living facilities are invited to take part in a benchmarking survey about person-centered care that is being conducted by the Hulda B. & Maurice L. Rothschild Foundation.
The first survey of its kind to be conducted in nearly a decade, the survey is intended to provide a clearer picture of the degree to which person-centered values are being embodied in facilities that provide short- and/or long-term care.
The survey can be completed online or through the mail; it takes approximately 30 minutes to fill out.
The Rothschild Foundation is hoping that 2,000 care communities will participate in the survey, which it developed in collaboration with IDEAS Institute, Perkins Eastman, and The Beryl Institute.
