Martha Medina (she/her/ella)

Martha Medina is PHI’s Director of People and Culture. In this role, Martha oversees all aspects of Human Resources in alignment with PHI’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including but not limited to recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, hiring and onboarding, performance management, compliance, professional development, and all other HR strategy and operations. Martha serves as a strategic business partner to the President & CEO and the leadership team.

Prior to PHI, Martha worked at a financial institution as an AVP Employee Relations Officer and Senior Generalist.

Martha holds an MBA from Pace University (New York, NY) with a Human Resources Management concentration and a BBA from Baruch College (New York, NY), where she also focused on Human Resources Management.
