Jenna Kellerman (she/her)
Jenna Kellerman is the Senior Director of Workforce Development at PHI, where she leads initiatives to strengthen the direct care workforce through innovative training and practice models. Jenna brings a wealth of expertise in enhancing job quality and creating meaningful advancement opportunities for professional caregivers. Her work focuses on developing strategies that improve recruitment and retention practices while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
In her role, Jenna collaborates with aging services providers, oversight agencies, States, foundations, and other experts to implement effective workforce interventions that promote a coaching culture and prioritize job quality. She excels in project management, relationship building, resource development, and developing adult-learner-centered training programs, ensuring that direct care professionals receive the support they need to thrive in their roles.
Before joining PHI, Jenna served as the Director of Workforce Strategy and Development at LeadingAge National as well as LeadingAge Minnesota, where she guided efforts to improve the sustainability of a diverse aging services workforce. Her leadership has been instrumental in addressing systemic barriers, creating inclusive environments, and elevating the roles of professional caregivers in the field of aging.
Jenna’s career also includes experience as an Assisted Living Director, where she implemented operational strategies focused on staff engagement, service quality, and professional development.
In addition to her professional roles, Jenna’s commitment to advancing the caregiving profession is reflected in her numerous professional affiliations and her dedication to promoting family-sustaining wages for dedicated caregivers.
Jenna has a Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, and a Master’s degree from Bethel University in Minnesota.
