Describes the newly developed Nursing Home Integrated Model for Producing and Assessing Cultural Transformation (Nursing Home IMPACT), a culture change evaluation model for nursing homes. Nursing Home IMPACT is designed to identify areas in which nursing homes are succeeding or failing when it comes to introducing culture change. The Nursing Home IMPACT model also highlights the necessity of encompassing a wide range of stakeholder input – from consumers, workers, families, etc. – in implementing culture change.
