COACH’S CORNER: Happy Holidays from PHI
On behalf of the team at PHI, we want to extend our heartfelt wishes for a wonderful holiday season to each and every person who has dedicated their careers to making a difference in people’s lives.
We are reminded daily that this is not easy work, but rather work of the heart. It is an honor for our team to partner with provider organizations that have the heart to do the “right thing” even in the face of an increasingly challenging external environment.
As we look ahead to 2016, we are excited to continue to support your quality care/quality jobs cultures through a new webinar series we will launch in February.
The PHI Coaching & Consulting Services team will host monthly webinars, with one webinar per quarter targeted to each of three audiences:
- PHI Coaching Trainers,
- organizational leadership teams, and
- individuals interested in learning more about Coaching Supervision as a means to creating a relationship centered workplace.
We will launch this new series on February 16th with a webinar for PHI Coaching Trainers on what to do when staff don’t coach. The registration process will begin after the first of the year, so please keep an eye out!
