Capital One Foundation supports national and local organizations working on education, financial literacy, and community development initiatives. In addition, the Foundation builds partnerships with nonprofit organizations with missions that complement these focus areas.

With support from Capital One Foundation, PHI and its training affiliate CHCA have provided free training and opportunities for employment in quality home care jobs to more than 3,000 low-income New Yorkers since 2012.
