Constituency Building – Leading a multi-stakeholder, policy and practice group dedicated to improving direct-care jobs.
Training & Supervision – Deepening technical assistance to employers, workers, unions and other stakeholders to improve training, supervision, and support for direct-care workers.
Health Coverage – Conducting an analysis of the impact of the Massachusetts health care reform initiative on the eldercare/disability services sector and developing recommendations for improving coverage for direct-care workers and their employers.
