I was so impressed by how hard these trainers work in their organizations, how important it is to them to assist their colleagues to communicate more effectively and how committed they are to changing the culture in their workplaces. But it wasn't all work, I think everyone had a really good time, reconnecting with old friends and making new ones. They also discussed ways to stay connected throughout the year and help one another learn and grow.
