		<description>Dr. Berdes is correct in saying LTC is "upside down." I am a nurse and recently completed my dissertation about nursing assistants. Since all my research participants were people of color and except for 3, first-generation immigrants, Dr. Berdes' lines of inquiry are right on track. I would also be interested to hear from residents about their "take" on new Americans caring for them.</description>
