		<description>I have the qualification the 73 weeks diploma in electrical engineering obtained from Bangladesh Naval Technical Centre which is equavalent to 03 years post metric diploma approved by Bangladesh Technical Education Board. I have the practical experience to serve on sea going ship as an electrical technician for 10 years and 06 years as an Electrical Artificer. I am capable to operate, maintenance and trouble shooting of all elcctrical machinery like motors generators,controllers starters, main electric switch board,refrigerators air conditions unit,electric crane ,battery, lighting ccts,capstan ,windless sonar,echosoundes and others electrical equipments.</description>

Discussions have been held in the past on how employers can utilize a Registered Apprenticeship program to better educate and prepare the Direct Support workers for their career. Direct Support employers should consider this an effective option for increasing retention, providing a more educated direct support specialist thus increasing customer satisfaction / quality of life and reducing costs involved in recruiting new Direct Support Specialists.</description>
